The Sun River Electric Annual Meeting is held each year in March at the Fairfield Community Hall. When members arrive at the meeting, they register and receive a gift. Lunch is served prior to the business meeting. At the business meeting the board of directors and manager review the cooperative business for the previous year. The members will vote for directors and possible by-law changes. The day concludes with door prize give-a-ways and a $100 cash prize.
